Pastor Sarah grew up in Northern Iowa and went to college at Wartburg. She then moved to the Twin Cities and worked at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis as the Children, Youth, and Family Director. During that time, she felt a pull to ordained ministry and started at Luther Seminary. Her first call was in Hibbing, Minnesota on the Iron Range at First Lutheran Church. Following her first call, she moved back to the Twin Cities to serve at St Andrew Lutheran Church as the Pastor of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry. She is currently serving at Prince of Peace in Burnsville as the Pastor of Spiritual Formation. Pastor Sarah enjoys sharing the good news of God’s creating power through love, forgiveness, and grace. 

Josh started working at Christus Victor in the fall of 2019. He grew up in the Twin Cities and has been around the Lutheran Church World his whole life: grandson of a missionary pastor, attended Lutheran schools, and worked in outdoor camp ministries and other local churches. His wife Lydia is also a pastor in the Lutheran Church, and they enjoy time at home together with their daughter, Freya.

A little about me outside of work: I recently got married, and my husband and I have a pretty full house with our two dogs and three cats. I am a big coffee girl and actually started my working life as a barista before making my way into office management, so you can usually count on me having a coffee in hand!

I also love crafting and am always finding a new project to work on. I enjoy being creative, trying new things, and spending time with my family and friends.

I am so happy to be here and am looking forward to getting to know all of you. Please come introduce yourself if you see me around. I cannot wait to meet you!

Stacey has been a part of the Christus Victor staff since 2018. Stacey has been a member of CVLC since she was just 7 years old. She was confirmed at CV and was also married here. Over the years, she has served our church community in many ways, including as a preschool Sunday School teacher, VBS Coordinator, Confirmation guide and on council. She took on the role of leading our Wednesday night kids’ ministry GLOW (Growing & Learning on Wednesdays), Vacation Bible School and in late 2025 added Communication Specialist.

Stacey met her husband, Doug, through many CV youth events while they were growing up. Together, they have three sons—Alex, John, and Christian—who also grew up at CVLC.

David has been part of the Christus Victor Lutheran Church family for thirty-four years. His family ties here at Christus Victor stretch back several generations. David has served in volunteer roles at church involved in travel, music, outreach, education, and finance.

In the recent past, David has served as the Council Treasurer. His extensive work with the finance committee has proven instrumental as he learns the nuances of this new bookkeeper role at our church.

David lives with his wife, two daughters, and the family cats in Bloomington. He is also a full time math teacher in Minneapolis and a part time driver education instructor at the same school.

Nikki and Albert Jordan bring an incredible depth of experience to the music ministry of Christus Victor. Nikki is the Director of Vocal Music at Kennedy High School in Bloomington, including the award-winning Rhythm in Gold show choir. She was also the Director of Youth music at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis for nine years. Albert brings his experience as both a performer and member of the artistic council of the acclaimed men’s acapella group, Cantus, as well as performing and serving on the artistic council for Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior, conducting for choir rehearsals and worship services. They work as a team bringing their experience, passion, and creativity to the music ministries of the church

I have been an accompanist here at CV about 30 yrs! Yikes..I have been employed with Delta Airlines, as a flight attendant 47 years.  I also work with Nikki Jordan as a choral accompanist at Bloomington Kennedy High School. I have 2 adult children & 3 grandkids.  They just began piano lessons with me.. spent a lot of years teaching & thought I had retired…guess not!

Charmaine has been on staff of CVLC since 2017. She has been working with children since 2006. Charmaine is from Brooklyn, NY and is a mom of a 13 year old daughter. She loves to read books and listen to music.
