Faith Formation for ALL
Christus Victor is a church where the Holy Spirit is moving!
“Faith Formation for ALL” is a time to gather all ages together for learning, time for small group discussion, and time to invite new people into relationships with Christ and each other. Whether you are a first-time worshiper or a long-time member, there will be opportunities for intentional spiritual growth for the whole congregation.
Note: Faith Formation For All & GLOW on one form (multiple kids in the same family can register all on one form)
Glow
Growing and Learning On Wednesdays! Elementary aged children (grades 1-5) gather each Wednesday for dinner, lessons, activities, and music. We invite all children/families to join us on the first Wednesday of each month for FIRST WEDNESDAY WORSHIP at 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary.
Nursery
Charmaine Harrell is our current nursery attendant. She is available in the nursery from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM on Sunday mornings and special events as needed. Volunteers with completed background checks and nursery experience sometimes also help out in the nursery. We love seeing and hearing kids in our worship services as much as possible! And, we also know that sometimes parents/children want an alternative, safe place to be in during worship and activities.
Prayground
We have a specially designated area in our sanctuary for kids 0-3 called the prayground. This area has quiet play items, a coloring table, and books for little ones. This area is designed to give parents an option to closely supervise their children in a kid-friendly environment during the worship service.
Busy Bags
Camp Wapogasset
Every summer we send children and youth to Camp Wapogasset Lutheran Bible camp in Amery, WI. If children have completed 1st-3rd grade they can join us for a weekend with Seeds Camp. Youth who have completed 4th grade-high school join for a weeklong experience.

VBS
Children three years old through current 5th grade can sign up for VBS here, and are encouraged to spread the word and bring their friends! The dates are June 8-11 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, as well as a Thursday evening potluck. We’re also partnering with Grace Lutheran Church in Apple Valley this year, and they’ll be signing up their children as well!

3 Year Old and 3rd Grade Bibles
Children receive their first Bibles at 3 years and in third grade each year during Faith Formation on “Bible Sunday,” which is usually the first Sunday in October. These Bibles are designed to help parents read Bibles with their kids at home.

Service Opportunities
We have lots of other ways kids can help out at church and in our community. We do FMSC mega packs and local packs, Armful of Love (Christmas gifts for those in need), Thanksgiving Baskets (for those who need a Thanksgiving meal), and much, much more.
