We are exploring some exciting changes for VBS this year! We’ll share details soon, but in the meantime, mark your calendars for July 22-26, 2012! The VBS worship and family picnic will be held on July 29th.

We hope the kids will join us, the grown-ups will help us and everyone prays for us. Invite your friends and family too!!! Contact Stacey Klein (612-384-4110) if you have any questions or just can’t wait to volunteer. Registration will start in May.

All 5th graders and any older youth who have not received 1st Communion preparation, are invited, with their parents, to attend a series of Sunday morning learning experiences to better understand
and prepare to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion.

Holy Communion Preparation begins on Sunday, March 4, at 9:45am. We will meet each Sunday morning: March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 1. 1st
Communion will be received during the Maundy Thursday worship, April 5 at 7 pm.

Information will be coming out to the 5th grade families. If you have an older child who would like to participate in Holy Communion Preparation, please contact Pastor Kent at (952) 454-6927 or

RECHARGE is a mid-week praise and worship time for kids and adultsfor kids and adults of all ages!

RECHARGE is a half-hour, high energy worship service on Wednesday nights at 7:22 p.m. that offers kids, youth, and families a time to connect with God in the midst of their busy schedules.

RECHARGE is for EVERYONE! If you’re going to be gone one weekend and miss worship, we invite you to come to RECHARGE.

Hi! I am Pastor Mary Kaye Ashley. I live in Burnsville with my three adult sons and husband, Jim, and am happy to be serving as your interim associate pastor at Christus Victor!

I’ve worked as director of youth ministries at Faith, down Cedar in Rosemount, as associate pastor at Cross of Glory in Mounds View and at Como Park in Saint Paul, in addition to a lot of other kinds of work with parents, children and youth. I treasure the staffs I’ve had the privilege of working with, and am delighted to be working with Pr. Kent and the rest of your staff.

I will be doing preaching, leading worship & visitation, along with heavy involvement in children, youth & family ministries. I love to be around growing people, and am delighted to work with you as you grow as followers of Jesus Christ.
