A REMINDER ABOUT THE FALL WORSHIP SCHEDULE…Starting next Sunday, September 10th, worship times will be at 8:30 & 11:00 a.m., with education/fellowship hour at 9:45 a.m.

FOOD SHELF ITEM OF THE MONTH FOR SEPTEMBER IS…toiletries – toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.
REGISTRATION PACKETS FOR FAITH TREK & JIFY…were mailed on Tuesday, August 22. If you did not receive a packet in the mail, there will be additional packets at the ”Information Desk” today between services and after the second service. Children & Family representatives will be at the “Information Desk” to answer questions and receive completed forms. Please turn in completed registration forms at your earliest convenience.
FAITH TREK TEACHERS (5-7 WEEKS) & SHEPHERDS (FULL-YEAR) are needed for the year. If you enjoy children, Bible Stories, laughing, being creative, eating popcorn, & just plain having fun; please consider signing up to help. Check out the sign-up lists at the “Information Desk” & be sure to ask the Children & Family representatives any questions you might have. THE MUSIC ROOM REMODEL IS IN THE WORKS…Thanks to a successful garage sale, the remodeling of the music room is starting immediately! We are looking for volunteers that would be able to help with 1) emptying the room, 2) painting the ceiling and walls of the room and two closets, 3) removing the carpet and preparing the floor, 4) laying ceramic tile. A schedule is posted on the music room door to indicate your willingness to help in any or all areas, and the best time for you. CV MEN’S SAILING TRIP 2006…A fellowship adventure for the men of CV & their friends. Experience is not required. We will sail Thursday, September 14th or Friday, September 15th through Sunday, September 17th, to be decided by those going.
