ATTENTION ANY TYPE OF MUSICIAN…We are looking for people to fill the “special music” slots (during the offering) for the entire summer. Learn through a simulation exercise what it is like to be one with food insecurity-a person or family who doesn’t know where his/her next meal will come from. CV CHILDREN & BOPS KIDS…are you ready for a week long tropical get away to Treasure Island? Then sign-up to join us for VBS! Dates for this year are Sunday, July 30th – Thursday, August 3rd. CHURCH DIRECTORY UPDATE…the CV picture directory is coming together nicely. The committee is very close to sending the entire package to Olan Mills to print. The directories will be delivered as soon as they are available. Thank you for your contribution of pictures & for your patience.
ALTAR FLOWERS…the following Sundays remain open for which you can order altar flowers: July 16, 23, 30; August 13, 20; November 5. The cost of an altar bouquet is $21.25. If you are interested in ordering flowers for one of these Sundays, please call Marilyn Kujawa at (952) 432-4956.
MEN’S BIBLE STUDY…Join us on the first & third Tuesday mornings of each month at 7:00AM in the Art Room for Bible Study, discussion, & prayer. Bring your Bibles, coffee provided.
ULTRASOUND MINISTRY NEEDS EXPECTANT MOMS…Amnion Crisis Pregnancy Center in Burnsville now offers free, life-saving ultrasounds to women. In order to expand the number of days & hours we can offer ultrasounds, another registered nurse has joined our volunteer staff. To complete her supervised training & certification, we will provide a free ultrasound to women, 6 to 16 weeks pregnant, on Mondays from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
